Are clients really free?
Yes. Clients get a read-only portal link — no account or app download needed, and they never count as a paid seat. Invite as many as you like on any plan.
What happens if I reach a limit?
No hard wall. You can archive a finished project to free a slot (its data is kept and you can restore it anytime), add an add-on, or upgrade — whichever fits.
Can I add seats, projects, or storage later?
Yes — add them anytime from Tenant → Billing. Extra seats are E£250/mo, project packs (+10) are E£500/mo, and storage (+25 GB) is E£250/mo. They stack on top of your plan.
Is paying annually cheaper?
Yes — choose annual billing and get two months free (about 17% off).
